Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files, and similar technologies like local storage, that a website saves on your device so it can remember things between visits or between pages.
2. What Carly uses
Carly keeps its use of cookies deliberately small:
- Essential storage. Your discovery answers, shortlist and journey progress are stored on your own device so you can leave and come back without starting over. The service will not work properly without these.
- Security and session cookies. Used to keep the service secure and, for signed-in staff, to keep their session active.
- Analytics. Privacy-conscious usage information that helps us understand which parts of Carly are useful and which need improvement. It is not used to advertise to you on other websites.
3. What we do not use
Carly does not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell data collected through cookies.
4. Your choices
You can clear or block cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings. If you block essential storage, your Carly journey, shortlist and matches will not be saved between visits.
5. More information
For more about how we handle personal data, see our Data Protection & Privacy policy, or contact your Carly advisor.
