Terms of Service

Carly is a vehicle discovery and matching experience operated by Carbin Africa ("Carbin", "we", "us"). Carly helps you find, shortlist, inspect, finance and purchase vehicles listed on Carbin Africa's DealerMart inventory.

By using Carly you confirm you are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement under Nigerian law. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your preferences.

Carly's recommendations are generated from the answers you give and the data available on each vehicle. A match score is guidance, not a guarantee of suitability, availability or price. Vehicle details, prices and availability can change and are confirmed by a Carly advisor before any purchase.

Booking an inspection requires a fully refundable deposit. This deposit covers the physical inspection, the valuation check carried out on the Carbin side, and the logistics of moving the vehicle to the Carbin Resource Centre for your appointment. If you choose not to proceed after inspection, the deposit is refunded in full.

Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. Carly never stores your card details.

Where you choose financing, you make a minimum equity contribution of 40% of the vehicle selling price and finance the remaining 60% over a maximum tenor of 12 months. Interest on the financed balance, insurance, registration, tracker and similar charges are added on approval. A financing estimate shown in Carly is indicative and does not constitute approval or a binding credit offer.

Rental enquiries made through Carly are subject to separate rental terms agreed with Carbin at the time of booking.

You must not misuse Carly, attempt to access systems you are not authorised to use, or submit false information to obtain a vehicle or financing.

Carly is provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, Carbin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, or for decisions made solely on match scores.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Nigeria unless we agree otherwise with you.
